TERMS & CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY

We will notify you with the time and date of your treatment appointment. On receipt of this notification please confirm your attendance. Failure to do so may result in reallocation of the appointment time to another client.

If you are unable to attend your appointment we require 5 working days’ notice in order to reallocate your appointment to another client.

Please arrive for your treatment at least 15 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. KLSMP will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time, however, for reasons beyond our control, we may need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice. In this unlikely event, we will make every effort to contact you in advance. We do not offer compensation if we cancel your appointment.

Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

A non-refundable deposit will be charged to secure your booking, should you cancel or fail to arrive for your treatment the non-refundable deposit will be used as a cancellation charge. Should you wish to change your appointment we require a minimum 5 working days’ notice. This applies to all bookings.

Payments – KLSMP will accept the following forms of payment:

Balance of payment can be staged over your first 2 sessions with total treatment cost due on second sessions.

The quotation we have provided you with is valid for 30 days following date of issue. The non-refundable deposit will be deducted from your final treatment session payment.

We always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why.

We  provide a 12 month warranty should you experience any fading or unevenness we will provide a touch up service free of charge within the first 12 month after initial treatment.
